Brand Film

The Challenge.

Clarixy has been a vital link between glass damage and recovery for 25 years – serving housing associations, businesses, and private individuals. Yet their service largely goes unseen. So how do you make that tangible in a brand film? The challenge: create a film that not only explains what Clarixy does, but—more importantly—makes you feel why it matters.

The film had to make the invisible visible: the impact of glass on our living environment — and Clarixy’s role as the silent force in the background. The goal was to create a brand film that combines aesthetics and clarity with strong brand positioning.

The Approach.
I developed a concept with glass in the leading role: it connects inside and outside, but only truly becomes visible when it breaks. That idea became the common thread in both the script and visual language. The film opens with quiet, natural imagery where glass plays a subtle role — light, space, and reflection — and gradually builds toward the impact of damage and the trust in Clarixy’s fast, seamless resolution.

The voice-over is empathetic and clear, supported by carefully styled visuals and rhythmic editing. We filmed on various locations: in private homes, retail spaces, and at housing associations. The cinematography emphasizes the contrast between disruption (damage) and calm (recovery).

I was responsible for concept, direction, and storytelling. In collaboration with an experienced DOP and editor, we visually infused Clarixy’s brand values — reliable, efficient, and sustainable — into the film.
The Result.
The brand film positions Clarixy as a modern, committed service provider with a nationwide network. It’s highly versatile and can be used across the website, in pitches, and in communications with both existing and potential clients.
